Timeline is building a state-of-the-art triple expanding outside broadcast truck to provide fully uncompressed 4K and HDR over IP.
Timeline will work closely with SAM to launch the brand new unit which will include the latest IP infrastructure and HDR technology.
“This new outside broadcast truck will provide fully uncompressed IP capability to broadcasters, ” said Daniel McDonnell, Managing Director, Timeline Television. “For our customers it means we can scale and expand our facilities with ease to meet their demands. The IP technology will provide support for up to 32, 4K UHD cabled Sony 4300 cameras and 12, 4K UHD EVS servers.”
