Timeline Television in MediaCityUK were delighted to provide full post-production on the one hour documentary of Alan Shearer’s Euro 96: When Football Came Home. ‘Twenty years on from Euro 96, when football came home to England, Alan Shearer, the tournament’s Golden Boot winner, meets former teammates such as Paul Gascoigne and Teddy Sheringham and then-manager Terry Venables to recount the national side’s run to the semi-finals.’
How it was done: Timeline Television provided the full post-production with Avid Offline and Online, DaVinci Grade and ProTools Dub.
Timeline worked seamlessly with BBC Sport to ingest a large variety of mixed format archive and 4k Red footage onto their Avid ISIS to create a fast and seamless workflow.
Neil Parker graded at 4K in DaVinci followed by Avid Symphony Online finishing touches with in-house editor Sion Roberts, Pro Tools dubbing mixer Richard Lee mixed the sound. DPP file delivery was provided through Content Agent.
